What we do
Concrete Repair
Restoring damaged concrete structures to their original strength and durability using high-quality Sika products: crack repair, spalling repair, surface restoration, epoxy grout for industrial applications, and foundation repair.
Slab Sawing
Trenches in asphalt or reinforced slab on grade and suspended slab openings, indoor and outdoor. Saws from 15hp to 80hp, diesel or electric; electric fumeless saws are zero emissions for indoor and enclosed spaces.
Core Drilling
Diamond core holes from 1/4" up to 36" diameter, any depth, any angle, with electric and hydraulic rigs. Mechanical/electrical penetrations, seismic anchoring, sewer tie-ins, manholes, drainage.

Wall Sawing
Accurate openings in concrete walls and slabs, up to 24" deep from one side or 48" thick from both sides. Bay doors, man doors, windows, duct openings, demolition.
Wire Sawing

Meet Jesse
CoreX was founded by Jesse Van Oosterom, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the concrete construction industry, from foundation installation and repair to concrete floor placement and finishing, as well as structural concrete components and repairs. Before founding CoreX, Jesse spent 12 years as a certified Red Seal journeyman carpenter on commercial buildings and residential homes.
